Bike and Work Out day..

It was a cloudy but warm day...perfect for a bike ride to my workout area.


This is what I see when I sit on one of the pieces of equipment...creek, bridge, people playing pickle ball ...love it there.


I tried pickle ball and loved it............UNTIL......... I managed to have a rather serious muscle pull....so no more pickle ball for this old timer.
