Busy beach!

I had a lockdown flashback early this sunny morning as I drove through the deserted city streets to do a voluntary shift. With the night life still locked down there were no wobbly legged revellers or trolley case dragging tourists heading for their red eye check ins. The city is going to take time to recover. It will take more than the Insipid tv commercial urging everyone back to Auld Reekie that I saw this evening.

England gave a good account of themselves in their opening win v Croatia. Scotland will have been watching and taking copious notes I think!

The beach was busy this afternoon. Everyone was enjoying the warmth today.
