Ormiston Gorge

What a beautiful place to camp.  This would have to be one of the most picturesque Gorges in Australia.  So peaceful and serene.  We arrived quite late last night and decided we would put the alarm on so that we could be down at the gorge for the first light.  It was a very subdued sunrise but still quite wonderful and we were pleased we had made the effort.  I spent most of the afternoon sitting quietly by the waters edge with my camera and Mauzee's spectacular binoculars.  My aim was to capture an image of the one of the little budgies as they flitted down to the waters edge for a quick drink.  I managed to get a couple of shots but not good enough to post unfortunately.
