Just That Little Bit Older!

Today was Sushi’s last day at school and whilst he wasn’t about to let me take a picture of him to celebrate, I thought maybe this dandelion clock could represent the passing of this time.

He’s had such a challenging time with his A’levels, as have all the kids his age, with the disruptions caused by COVID-19, but he has coped really well and I just hope that his results in August will reflect the effort he has put in. I am feeling very strange now knowing that I am no longer the parent of any school age children…in fact both my children are now adults…makes me feel just that little bit older!
