Black hole

Cloudy, Dull and feeling quite chilly, especially compared with the heat of yesterday. My leg was feeling stiff and aching this morning but improved considerably with stretching and qigong. Weeding and pruning a large viburnum this morning in the front garden, but didn't quite finish before lunch. Scotland unlucky but the Czech's took their chances, which is what is needed to win a football match. 
A dog walk this afternoon has left my knee swollen up again and very sore but at least I could walk without any real pain and little discomfort.
