Broken / Kaputt

This building is just off Greifswald’s fashionable harbour, and was clearly once a handsome example of Hanseatic architecture.

Sadly, it is now derelict, a burned-out and abandoned shell.

On the wall (now hidden by the vegetation) someone has written “Dieses Gebäude ist kaputt - wie die Welt!” (This building is broken - like the world!).
