The Grand Tour

Had my online physio. Steph very pleased with progress. Have a follow up in 4 weeks and have been referred for a steroid injection just in case physio isn't a success.

N remains in hospital with further issues. Richard still coping well with the help of the other Grandparents.

Hot Muggy day. Shortly after this pic was taken C came over very weak and had to sit down quickly. Zizi is so good always expecting the unexpected. C very tired and early to bed.

Thanks for calling. Glad the PM has delayed the end of restrictions in England.
