Turwick lupin fields - revisited

Paola and I had an amazing blip meet at Terwick Lupin fields today. 
To be honest I was shocked how much everything (both Lupins and grass) had grown since I last visited 10 days ago.
I think the grasses and the very harsh light made photography very difficult, but I have uploaded a couple of shots so you can get an idea of how beautiful it was. my 2nd extra is a really lovely hover fly which as yet I haven't identified.
Thank you Paola, i had a great time - it is just so good to see people again - especially good friends.
