Phew!

My world-first session taking 35 high potentials (not all on this view) from around the globe of a world-class global engineering company into world-leading insights about what makes people tick and how to use them to beat the normal performance curve and ignite exponential growth landed well. I am a worrier and lived through many emotional ups and downs in the lead up including tech preparation challenges and doubting partners....but I got there. I so wonder at the toll but in the flush of success it all seems worthwhile!
