"Let Me Out!!"

....We often have Dragonflies come visit us along our partly closed in verandah, and today this one was getting very stressed under the shade-cloth.

And so - here it is, posing for me, tired out a little though. It's beautiful lace wings very obvious in the light as it was clinging to the shadecloth..

We carefully grabbed it and released it to freedom - hopefully, for a little while out in the big wide world, with lots of birds out there ready to pounce.

If it's back again tomorrow - we'll know it likes it here as it's protected for just a little while in it's short life..

I thought I'd add a little color here and there to make it more interesting..
