Supper??

She asked if I wanted some Butter Chicken for supper. I drooled and affirmed her decision.

Now I know we don’t live anywhere near delivery distance for any of the local places drop anything off for us. But I know she is an awesome cook and she can easily come up with something like this herself. So I wondered.

When she called me up from the basement for supper, I saw this package on the counter and I realized she had bought it frozen and had thawed it out for supper.

Well I’m here to say we will do that again! It was very tasty and very good. It could’ve been a little warmer, but I imagine they target the mid range of peoples taste buds for such a product. I was impressed it was very tasty, and I could even make a meal like that. In an emergency. :-)

We live far enough away that no restaurant will deliver, and when we go to pick up something to take home it’s really cold by the time it gets here, so that’s not always a fun deal. But this makes it interesting again to eat differently for supper.
