The view from the window of my studio this afternoon.

After almot three years of demolition followed by contruction, the final stages of the new building are being completed. It has been interesting to see the progression taking place so close, although I will not miss the noise from the heavy plant that has been a constant feature.

From this height the scale is dramatically altered and made it seem as though I was looking down on a secion from a model railway.
