Spring is here

Had a beautiful run along a sunny cold seafront this morning and saw what for me is the definite first sign of Spring. It's the return of the Golden Gallopers.

I was thinking of them when we rode on a carousel at the Fairground Museum in Paris last weekend. They are packed up in the Autumn and it's a sad moment - on a par with the clocks changing as a sign that the Winter is coming. Then in the Spring they are reassembled and here they are under cover ready to start another season.

I can't remember if I've ever blipped them in action but as soon as I can get down there I'll take a ride and post a picture of the gorgeous horses in action.
