Early days....

....for them and me. Yesterday, I set up a branch in-between two feeding areas in the hope of encouraging the birds to land there. It's very close to the house so I can lurk just inside the patio door and pick them off with my 300mm lens. These youngsters obliged this afternoon, but they're so flighty, it's hard to get them all in focus and all in the frame. It might have to be one or the other but probably  neither.   It's work in progress.
