Beautiful Peony

The Peonies are finally in flower! They’re so beautiful and have a nice, very subtle scent. Like most of my days, today has been all about the garden.
This morning I went to a friends garden to help cut back some Bamboo. It was lovely to see her and to catch up too.
When I got home, I had lunch in the garden and spent most of my time just sitting in the garden watching my duckies or playing with my sister’s dog.
Mum and I took Albie for a walk this evening. We went on a nice loop walk around through some fields and then along the woodland path. It was nice and cool. Annoyingly, a horsefly decided to bite my hand. Luckily I had anti bite cream in my pocket, so applied it straight away.
When we got home, we went and sat the back garden where it was nice and cool.
Looks like the weather might change tomorrow. I don’t mind though because I don’t like the hot weather.
