New Zealand is certainly becoming a 'designer beer' drinking nation so there is even more need than ever for hops. However, hop growing is nothing new in Tapawera, they have been growing them here for generations.

These hop frames always look to me as if they have sphagnum moss growing off them, but it's really the ends of the strings they've tied them with.
