Blue waxbill....

The long grass was slashed today so there were loads of these lovely little birds having a feast!  Every time I went near, they all flew off so it took a bit of patience to get this one!  This is the day of the African Child so I made a collage for that too...its the extra!

So...today the government announced that we have 48 deaths and over 3,000 more positive cases of Covid today.  Now schools and universities have been closed from tomorrow, restaurants closed except for take away, bars closed Monday to Thursday but open on the weekends!!!!, and churches one hour only!  Maybe it will make a difference, I certainly hope so!  They also announced that travelling on public transport there has to be social distancing, and in markets...not sure how that will work here!  But lets hope some people will change their ways....
