The Wolf's Castle....

across a windy loch, but it was warm and sunny too and later, the wind dropped and it was a beautiful day. 
The Sandpiper closed his eyes in he wind.  There were several pairs all nesting here.
Went into the wood after, looking for Hoverflies. It was very sheltered in here and there were lots of Tiger Beetles and Hoverflies, but not the Pine Hoverfly. Plenty of Rowans flowering providing nectar for them. Smelled lovely.
