Today was another day.........

No vomiting but no energy either.

Had a quick trip to town just to do just one task then spent the rest of the day laid up. Went outside into the late afternoon sun to share a few rays and get some fresh air but otherwise it's been another yukky day.

I'm still not sure whether I'm suffering from a) the detox, b) caffeine withdrawal, c) a random bug, d) food poisoning from yesterday's chicken or e) a mixture of any 2 or more of the previous!

Roll on wellness - I'm such a lousy sickie!!
