Upside Down

We’ve had a lot to think about today.

But in the garden our resident creatures carry on regardless. Bees are out gathering nectar. House martins seem to have taken up residence in last years nest, whilst one of the two artificial nests is being used by blue tits. And the male great tit is busy feeding the young. The female has disappeared, he is now a single parent feeling the pressure.

I planted this geranium a few weeks ago. It seems to like it here and is already flowering profusely. The bee just keeps hanging on.
