Old(ish) colleagues.

A great catch up,  walk round the town loop and cuppa at Cassa Weir. Home made scones topped it all off. Unfortunately  by the end of the day,  my back was done for.

The big guns were called in to service, the Tens, Heat pad and a dose of self pity. Mustn't wreck it too soon, I've  still got a lot I want to do yet.
