Is spring here yet?

There comes a time toward the end of the long Minnesota winters when, regardless of the actual weather, one must carry on AS IF. This student wore shorts despite it being 25F and snowing--AS IF it were spring at last, AS IF we weren't all freezing and cursing our fate to see snow again. It's a tough time of year.
