Yoga on the Beach

Taken after our weekly choir session in the Bellfield garden. Good result for Wales in the Euros earlier - smaller nation than Scotland, currently doing much better. Running counter to the 'weakest link' theory, two of Wales' big players combined for the opening goal and, despite missing a penalty, Gareth Bale created the second in the dying seconds by looking to score instead of killing time at the corner flag. Of course, the rest of the team did their bit too, with no catastrophic errors to cost them goals.
