Soup de Jour

We had a really long driving day today and we left Coober Pedy before sunrise arriving in Peterborough 685 kilometres later. We decided a hearty lunch was required so as you can see the good old apron came out and a very nutritious bowl of minestrone soup was on the menu - Yummmmm!
Way back in Port Lincoln we purchased a one burner stove for just these occasions and I can tell you we’re becoming a bit like a well trained Formula one team when it comes to our pit stops :). Broken Hill tomorrow so we will be back in NSW. Still a lot of ground to cover though so lots to explore before we head down the driveway at Wombat Hollow.
