A Vertiginous Impression Of A Film Noir

I love the titles of film noir films (although I haven't actually managed to watch that many - I sometimes find the plots a bit labyrinthine) - such as 20,000 Years in Sing Sing, I Am A Fugitive From A Chain Gang, The Shadow Strikes, Dust Be My Destiny, Angels With Dirty Faces and the inimitable Vertigo - so today's shot is my attempt at a film noir image.
For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to create a sense of height so I climbed up into our loft and balanced myself, somewhat precariously, at the top of the ladder so I could get a downwards shot (and yes that is my booted feet at the bottom of the picture!). I asked my brother to pose as my actor in the scene of my imaginary film noir.
Mind you I think I have undermined the "noir" part as my brother is wearing two pairs of sunglasses (no idea why!) and I've just noticed that there is an upside down Happy Easter card in the top right hand corner! Sometimes you just have to go with the flow!
