Much ado about nothing

Describes my day,  up and out as soon as the beast had fed and it was 23C then.  Breakfast was interrupted by the rolladen fixy men and apart from a quick hop out for essentials*, I've been puttering about inside hiding from the frying heat.

* strawberries and cherries count as essential don't they?
