They Have a Nice Day For It.

CMC left HQ at 10.30hrs.  But there’s no time to climb into my hammock – oh no.  Back to the dyke repairing – interrupted by the postie.  Not seen him for 48 hours so we had to have a full debrief about the fitba’.  Back to the dyke.  Fishman arrived.  I bought CMC some langoustines, I know which side of the bed is buttered.  Just going back out to the dyke when the phone rang.  Long call with head of Orkney Care Services.  I then called the Care Centre my Mum will go into.  Had to call Mum’s GP; back to the dyke.

Got the Ouija board out and tried contacting Mick McGahey to try and get him to renegotiate my terms and conditions.  He was in a meeting with Vic Feather, Boutros Boutros-Ghali, Alma Cogan, Coco the Clown, Freddie Titmus and Des Bremner.

The tea is on.
