Repair of the bat cave!

Lots of rain overnight, so it was surprising that the roofers turned up today to repair the bat cave (which has no bats inside). They took the old roof off and put a new one on, working in pouring rain this afternoon.
Next up should be the mason who will be putting a new lintel in as well as fixing the walls, but as usual we don’t know exactly when he will arrive!
In other news, Elvis went for his annual vaccinations and was told that he needs to lose weight, as he’s gained 7kg during lockdown! I did give him a biscuit though, for being a good boy having his vaccinations!
