why does it always rain on me?

The French Thunderstorms swept across the swamp overnight.
By morning the rain had settled down to a constant hiss.
we sallies forth in a light raincoat.
It was too hot.
Soon it was very humid in the lightweight coat.
I took it off to cool down and got wet.
Quite refreshing.
