Bay of Newark, Sanday

A photo ruined by the crowds of people- 2 can be seen about a quarter mile in the distance.. A nice cycle from the ferry terminal up first to Whitelmill Bay. I found the road closed for maintainance but they let me through since it wa a bike. Then along to Lady village and Cata sands. Not much birdwise, though I saw a short-eared owl and about 70 bar-tailed godwits having a wee rest till the tide went out.
