The top of a pole

The theme for Abstract Thursday is Shape. I distorted the shapes at the top of a power pole, rotated it, and played a bit with overlays. The original is in the extra. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting AT.
It was a beautiful morning for a walk, warm with a cool breeze. The usual patrol of the house and garden for caterpillars, some deadheading and weeding, thinning of the spinach, and picking greens and onions for salad kept me busy. I also froze some spinach to add to soups or stews. I wasn't sure how it would freeze, so I did a test batch and added it to the base of a shepherd's pie that was cooked and cooled. Worked just fine. Looking forward to the pie for supper.
