Foxgloves

I’m loving the gentle colours of this foxglove that I bought the other week.

Drawing class this evening was a bit of an odd affair. We were drawing a view of our room on a concertina of paper. It was all a bit complicated for an online class - it took about half an hour for everyone to understand how to fold and cut the paper to make the concertina, and then to understand what we were drawing (the first one was to be just the top level of the room, etc), so rather than doing three drawings, we only had time for two. In the end, there wasn’t really any point in the concertina effect either - it was just a long drawing - so an idea that didn’t really work for an online class. The good thing about it was that we had to draw quickly which is something I’ve not done before.
