Melaleuca

Somehow managed to walk 10km today between getting a flu shot, a haircut, meeting K for lunch, strolling around the park and finally to the wine shop. Pinot noir now being enjoyed.

Melaleucas grow everywhere, usually in the form of tall trees, which goes some way towards explaining my ignorance of their flowers. These spikes were on low shrubs.
