Jack-go-to-bed-at-noon

This was a new one to us.  At the flowering stage the flower only opens in the morning sunshine.  As a seed head it looks like a dandelion - but the size of a tennis ball rather than a golf ball.  The tulip shape next to it looks like  a seed head not quite ready to open.
