A Successful Catch!

Hiked around Whatcom Falls Park early this morning and ran across this Barred owl out for the hunt. It didn't take long before he spotted a crawdad and quickly caught it. After that he flew up on a branch, finished his meal and  then used the moss on the tree to clean up the mess on his face. :)
