New home?

This is where I think I’ll build my eco-responsible house. X marks the spot. Garden will be very small.
But it’s a long way off. Spent long time with designer this morning and tried to help him understand what I want and how I think. Its very hard work. Next week we’ll meet again but with the boss of the building company who is much more on my wavelength.

Heating engineer finally arrived this afternoon and quickly sorted the problem.
