Garlic harvest and fledgling blackbird.
Did a bit more tidying between the greenhouse and the blackcurrants. Pulled up some garlic to add to MrD's pasta sauce (with meatballs!!) good size so decided to pull all the garlic up and free up some pots and re-use the compost - not a bad "harvest" from grocery shop cloves https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2827647772377747199
Left the wet compost, full of earthworms on a tray under the pear tree for the blackbirds to rummage in.
The fledgling in today's blip was on the wall whilst I drank a cup of tea outdoors - parents were carrying food to it :-)
Lovely chat with neighbour from over the road and fellow gardener, she kindly took some of my spare plants :-)) x
