Today's the day ......................... to get on your bike

I've just been across to Moniaive - to retrieve Will after he cycled there today.

There's nothing he likes better than setting off on his bike (with a generous amount of food for a picnic lunch) and having the whole day to cover the thirty-odd miles.  It's a cross-country route along quiet roads and the scenery along the way is beautiful.  And if the weather is good, as it was today, then it's a joy.  There's always a warm welcome in Moniaive - and if he gets a lift home in the car, that saves a bit of energy.

These wind turbines are a common sight on the way across the moorland.  They're doing their best to generate a bit of energy ...................
