Beach bunnies

Today was the first time the twins experienced the beach: they dunked their feet in the water (which was remarkably warm for the season), checked out the waves, picked stones smoothed by time and the waves, dug their hands in the sand, and ran around all over the place.

It was great to watch the different approaches. The ‘youngest’ was a bit more courageous and would have walked straight into the ocean; the other preferred to watch from afar for a bit.
