It Was Deserted

As part of my 50’s bucket list, one of my challenges is to visit somewhere new every year…this was pretty difficult with the covid restrictions, so I was quite pleased when my brother suggested a visit to Anglesey as I had never been before.

We went to Newborough beach for a walk and it was beautiful. Once you left the 100 yard vicinity of the main car park, it was deserted. We had parked in a secondary car park and had a lovely 1.5 km walk through the pine woodland and sand dunes to get there (see extras)
