I went out mountain biking with my sister first thing and had a great ride apart from the tracks being rather overgrown and getting stung to death by nettles.

Just a few miles from home we went through one of our favourite spots and Brian Webster here was capturing the scene with a paint brush.

We had a wonderful 10 minute chat and he showed us some of his work, this was a commissioned piece for someone who spotted him a few weeks ago painting and wanted to out-bid the person who's work he was creating.

The old boy got skills and what a lovely spot to spend a couple of days.
