Route 66

Along with R - Yorkshirebred - ValC and Mr C - walked part of Route 66 - not the American route but the sustran one that takes in Heckmondwike and Cleckheaton - known locally as Hecky and Clecky- espying this on route

Good to see folk other out and about on the path - social distancing was observed - the buses caught weren’t busy - now feel more confident about travelling out of the local area with the Bus Pass - no refreshments were partaken at the end of the walk - the bus home beckoned - so had to call into local for a pint and bag of nuts to fortify ouselves for the walk back from the village bus stop to our house
