Forever Friends

The lovely smiling ladies in this shot are the friends I made whilst spending a day, a few years ago,  awaiting surgery to fix our broken wrists. The wrists were fixed and ever since we have got together regularly to enjoy each others company and share our stories.
On this occasion we met at the Brockholes Wildlife Trust nature reserve.
it is located alongside the River Ribble just off the M6 Junction 31 , just in case you are passing by . There are lovely walks, places to bird watch and excellent coffee and cake to consume  [ usually in a room with a view]
 We had a wonderful time together catching up ! I had another lovely catching up session in the evening with another friend , a blip friend, on the phone . Its been a day of flowing conversations , a most delightful
way to spend time .
