And the rest of the hand, encased in wax. Mum of 4 Wildings suggested a wax bath as good therapy for a stiff hand - and I'm so grateful, it has helped a lot to get my fingers moving. And TM finds it helps his arthritis, so we take it in turns.

I have to admit, the effect is a bit weird. Especially when the whole is inserted into a poly bag while it sets - it looks like a fillet of frozen fish.  Or something rather more gruesome. I have to admit I've watched a lot of Noir over the lockdown .....
