Replanting!

This is the beautiful fern that was given to us when we were married ten years ago. It has been in a very large pot since then and weathered it well but it was time for an in the ground position - so a new bit of garden was created.

All easier said than done. It was extremely pot bound and the pot needed basically sawing off as did the compacted roots in order for it to fit into the hole. It took about three hours to complete - "it will just be a quick job I said to Steve"!

However it is thriving and well settled in - it is home!
