White Sail...Story

The white sail was sculpted by a local artist.  There is an identical sail sculpture in Osaka, Japan, our sister city. 


When the Japanese tourists come into the downtown core..they frequently take pictures of themselves in front of the beautiful sails...:-)


We have a very good relationship with our sister city.
