Now that's a Fathers day BBQ!

A largish Tesco delivery last night but somehow the dozen bottles of wine were missing! No Fathers Day treat for me then! ;-(

There was a good selection of fresh pork joints for me to sort out today, it's sooooooo cheap, some to cook, some like the large shoulder is transformed into steaks, diced pieces, small roasting joints with skin for crackling!

Not looking like bbq weather today. :-(
