Brightwell’s Transport

Two people have told me that Brightwell’s ships hail-damaged cars that have been written off by insurers to Mongolia. FaceBook confirmed it. On this wet Sunday night someone was in the office, presumably filling in paperwork.

It’s one of only two industries remaining in our street. The other is Brandon’s Molasses, in the brick building on the left. The huge area they occupy is surrounded by new apartments and, in the side street, a few workers’ cottages.
