Grey Heron

The young one was at the far end of the loch. I had seen the Flighty adult there a few times. As soon as she saw me she started to walk over. The flighty adult flew down and landed in the water at that the young one took off and flew further down the loch (I assume that the top end is the territory of the adult), there was no aggression or chasing off, the young one just left. I went down the loch to look for her but could not see her. I passed a clearing and she flew over from somewhere. It wasn't the best clearing as the water is quite far back behind some Irises. The young one found a gap though and I was able to get her ish to her.
