Tyre

With A in quarantine and neither of the girls up by 09:30, I did a third consecutive dog walk on a dull morning. Afterwards I fitted a new back tyre on my bike, and went out for a spin to check that it was OK. The weather slowly cleared, and I think I took this photo at the best moment of he day. Once again, it shows how the Pentlands dominate Penicuik. Back home, the wash I'd put on was finished, and it seemed like a good idea to put it out to dry, but a couple of hours later some light drizzle had started so in it came!
